Young coaches of Chelsea FC brought to 180 Vietnamese teen football players, some useful and interesting days of training at HCM City’s Hoa Lu Stadium on February 18-19.

On the two days of “Meeting with Chelsea coaches” Festival, four coaches from the Chelsea Soccer School, including Chris Woodward, David Paul Monk, James Lambdon and Hubert, trained 180 kids from 9 to 13 years old in HCM City.

Fans of Chelsea do not miss the chance to take photo with the four coaches.

Besides exercises on football techniques, children were provided with knowledge on physical training and the passion of football.

The four coaches are very friendly and their lessons are taught in a lively and funny way.

After Vietnam, they will visit Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, etc.

The two-day training course is part of the “Football in Community” project, implemented by Chelsea and Samsung in many countries in the world. The coaches went to Ghana, Ivory Coast, South Korea and Japan before coming to Vietnam.

The 180 kids were selected from schools and sports clubs in HCM City
