Top Vietnamese badminton player Nguyen Tien Minh will take part in the England Open Badminton Championships from March 6-11.
Minh will compete against top players such as Malaysia's Lee Chong Wei, China's Lin Dan and Chen Long and Japan's Sasaki Sho. Based on world badminton rankings, the Vietnamese player will be seeded ninth.
After the tourney, Minh will participate in the Swiss Open Grand Prix Gold from March 13-18. Due to the absence of top players Lin Dan and Sasaki Sho, Minh will be seeded seventh.
