Along with gradually reducing temperature, many roads to the Northwestern provinces of Son La and Dien Bien have been fogged up for several days, causing difficulties for vehicles.
Fog has appeared on the road in Mai Chau district of Son La province since the temperature falls to 12 degree Celsius.
Cars must run very slowly.
The vision is only clear within ten meters.
