Many travel companies in Vietnam are now offering discount tours to both domestic and foreign destinations after the Tet holidays.

Viet Travel Company has joined hands with Viet jet Air to offer a discount of VND2 million per person on a pilgrim tour to the north to visit famous pagodas and temples from now until April; and VND800,000 on ‘The Central Heritage Road’ tour of the Ba Na-Hoi An-Lang Co-Hue Phong Nha caves.
Viet Tourism Communication Joint Stock Company is offering a 30 per cent discount on tours that include Hanoi-Yen Tu-Tuan Chau-Ha Long-Lao Cai-Sapa-Ha Khau, and Da Nang-Ba Na-Hoi An-Hue-Phong Nha-La Vang.
According to the Malaysian Tourism Promotion Department, travellers who visit Malaysia from March 23-25 will have a chance to receive free entry ticket for the F1 Petronas Malaysia Grand Prix 2012.
