Private enterprise (not state), business model parent company - subsidiary shares since 1999 in the form of family firms (the state capital in the mattress company accounts 5.84% of total capital, the Corporation Liksin Industry representatives, so Liksin Corporation is a shareholder of the Company mattress). Company Kymdan is not public joint stock companies (less than 100 shareholders under the law of Vietnam), not listed on stock exchanges did not participate in any form in OTC transactions.

Kymdan factory is located in industrial Northwest Cu Chi (11 hectares), 02 affiliated factories (garment factory for export, Furniture factory), 03 overseas subsidiaries, 05 managing branches in the country, more than 729 stores and dealers within Vietnam and abroad. Kymdan has registered its trademark in 88 countries and territories.
